Order Information: Online ordering is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Orders are usually shipped the following business day. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal for online ordering.

Shipping: We ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Delivery to most places within the United States within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns: ZizzyBee, LLC will gladly issue a refund on any bags. Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags and packaging in tact. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number. ZizzyBee, LLC is not responsible for return shipping charges (all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility). Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price (excluding shipping) in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
